Our Office Lean Day

Once a month we hold an “Office Lean Day”. We use it to focus on the issues relevant to all departments and projects for which there is no time in day-to-day business. This time is used for tasks such as optimising and digitalising processes, analysing error rates, and coming up with solutions. The Office Lean Day helps us to make continual improvements to our processes and encourages mutual understanding.
